You Are The Architect:
- Manage the heads of Trading, Sales, Business Development and Digital Asset Research by setting quarterly and long-term objectives
- Support the founding team in establishing and implementing the strategy of the Company
- Convert ideas and concepts into executable detailed plans to roll-out new products and optimize processes within the firm
- Enable synergetic relationships across the teams within investment banking and structure cross-team collaborations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of strategic projects
- Maintain a deep understanding of the industry landscape, the current cryptocurrency market conditions, and Rebirth's competitive position
- Represent the Company on Crypto conferences and meetups
What Makes You Stand Out:
- University degree in an analytical field from a prime academic program
- Minimum of 5+ international experience in investment banking, prime brokerage, management consulting or a strategic role in high-growth Company
- Structured and systematic decision-maker with a strong ownership mentality
- Passion for fintech disruption and digital assets and knowledge of developments in the related ecosystems is a definite advantage
- Proven ability to drive multiple projects across several teams from start to finish with a good understanding of execution trade-offs faced in a fast-moving environment
- Flawless communicator able to convey complex concepts directly and comprehensively to diverse audiences
