- Create disruptive Web3 applications
- Closely collaborate with development and product teams
- Develop architectural solutions that will become the foundation for the intersection between Web3 and FinTech
- Become a subject matter expert in payments and Web3
- Ensure architectural integrity of software solutions
- Create modifications for existing software to upgrade performance
- Assist in determining functional and non-functional requirements
- Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to the development teams
- Provide technical guidance and coaching
- Contribute and maintain the thorough documentation
- Evaluate existing software solutions to identify areas for improvement
What Makes You Stand Out:
- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering
- Extensive understanding of architectural styles and design patterns
- Experience with our stack: NodeJs, C#, React, MongoDB, MySQL, AWS, Kafka
- Familiar with Web3 Stack: Web3, Ethers, Hardhat, OpenZepellin Tooling, Smart Contract Debugging
- Understanding of blockchains, smart contracts & dApps, different types of wallets and standards
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Superior interpersonal communication skills
- A technical mindset with great attention to detail
- Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
Desired (but not essential):
- Familiar with crypto-economic protocol design including governance and incentive structures
- Prior experience in building systems for financial markets
