What You Will Be Doing:

  • Oversee the institutional sales, attract clients and pursue the volume growth for the existing institutional clients.
  • Generate new leads, assist and motivate team members to attract new clients and deliver exceptional service to the existing clients.
  • Be aware of the market and work closely with Institutional Clients to understand their needs and retain them.
  • Have a deep understanding of Rebirth product portfolio and promote the company's values to new and existing clients.
  • Advise the Team about the Rebirth Strategy to attract Clients and drive them to new sales opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional Client management experience to Institutional Clients.
  • Understand complex business problems, conduct analysis, and provide a solutions to the Team

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • 5 + years of experience in an Institutional client-facing role, preferably in a Crypto trading environment or Finance services.
  • Personal network in the finance industry with a focus on institutional clients is considered as a must.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong organisational, project planning and execution skills.
  • A clear understanding of the crypto market and financial payments or at least to be eager to learn about crypto trends and regulations.
  • Ability to cultivate positive relationships with various types of clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive and proactive, can-do attitude that motivates and inspires others.
