You Are The Creator:
- Define the product strategy to attract and activate the next wave of crypto users through the entire onboarding funnel from account creation to account activation
- Drive execution of the roadmap to achieve defined customer acquisition and growth goals
- Manage a team of cross-functional stakeholders (including engineering, design and marketing) to define requirements, prioritize, and execute
- Use data to make decisions; testing hypotheses with data is an essential part of the process; you will be measured on KPI improvements quarter over quarter
- Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Work closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization and beyond
- Cultivate a team that recognizes the value of agile development and foster a culture of continuous delivery, quality orientation, and innovation
What Makes You Stand Out:
- At least 3 years of Product Management experience
- Proven experience with driving increase within the acquisition and activation funnel for high growth online consumer B2C businesses
- Knowledge of consumer onboarding processes, including account registration and KYC
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
- Practical experience with JIRA
- Strong interest in the crypto and fintech fields
- Superior relationship management and communication skills
- Excellent command in English
