You Are the Disruptor:
- Create disruptive Web3 applications
- Closely collaborate with other dev and product teams
- Develop backend that will become the foundation for the intersection between Web3 and FinTech
- Become a subject matter expert in payments and Web3
- Understand the flow of the assets from the smart contracts’ perspectivе
- Build reusable cross-chain libraries
- Maintain and extend current client- and server-side applications responsible for integration and business
What Makes You Stand Out:
- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering
- 2+ years of experience as Blockchain Developer
- Experience with our stack: NodeJs, MongoDB, MySQL, AWS, Kafka
- Familiar with Web3 Stack: Web3, Ethers, Hardhat, OpenZepellin Tooling, Smart Contract Debugging
- Strong understanding of blockchains, smart contracts & dApps, different types of wallets and standards
- Mastery of applied encryption principles (asymmetric vs. symmetric encryption, digital signatures, hashing, message authentication, generating and safely transferring key pairs)
- Experience leading third-party integrations
- Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
Desired (but not essential):
- Familiar with crypto-economic protocol design including governance and incentive structures
- Prior experience in building systems for financial markets
