What You Will Be Doing:
- Act as a point of contact among Executives, Employees and other external partners
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Maintains a stock of supplies required from the Executive Board
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Draft correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and organizations that the executive is involved with
- Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks.
- Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contact outside normal business hours
- Welcome the Executive’s guests by greeting them, in person or on the phone; serving lunch, coffee and refreshments.
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Experience as a Personal assistant, Executive Assistant or in related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Proactive approach
- Time Management skills
